Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to support Phase 2 and Phase 3 of a large-scale Salesforce transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in consolidating multiple legacy Salesforce instances into a single, standardized, and enhanced platform while decommissioning outdated tools, portals, and systems used by customer support and sales teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program leader who has strong Salesforce implementation experience and can provide immediate support to leadership, and drive execution across multiple workstreams to consolidate changes and enhance the platform.
