Employee Relations Manager Location: El Segundo (Los Angeles), CA At KARL STORZ, we believe a respectful, fair, and inclusive workplace is fundamental to our success. We’re seeking an Employee Relations Manager to serve as our North America subject matter expert for employee relations—partnering closely with leaders, HR Business Partners, and Legal to navigate complex workplace matters and strengthen employee engagement. What You’ll Do: As a trusted advisor, you’ll lead employee relations strategy and execution across KSNA, balancing compliance, empathy, and business impact. Employee Relations & Compliance: - Provide expert guidance on performance management, corrective action, accommodations, and workplace concerns - Interpret and apply federal and state employment laws (ADA, FMLA, CFRA, and beyond) - Promote inclusive, unbiased practices aligned with KARL STORZ values Workplace Investigations: - Lead complex investigations involving harassment, discrimination, hostile work environment, and other concerns - Conduct thorough, unbiased fact‑finding and document cases in the ER case management system - Partner with leaders to ensure timely, appropriate outcomes Coaching & Manager Ena...
