Job description

Salary Range: $107,644.28/yr. - $140,433.67/yr. Job Summary: The Elder Care Administrator is responsible for full operational leadership of the Adult Foster Care homes, including staffing, resident care oversight, compliance, and overall environment. Ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery while maintaining accountability, structure, and performance across all homes. Supervisory: - Establishes daily operational structure and expectations of all staff. - Coordinates and directs all Elder Care Program operations in accordance with policies and procedures, ensuring program is compliant with regulatory requirements. - Maintains a strong, visible presence in each home. - Builds and maintains a culture of accountability, respect, and consistency. - Ensure staff understand expectations for professionalism and resident care. - Develop and monitors annual department budget.
