Position Details: The Part-Time Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the Human Resources department with a focus on data entry, records management, and employee support. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee information using the college’s ERP system (Jenzabar EX) and customer service. This position must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to interact professionally with faculty, staff, and visitors while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to radical hospitality. Responsibilities: - Effective use of the ERP Jenzabar EX system for data entry - Extensive filling - Answering phones and assisting employees - Second point of contact for visitors in the office - Assist with regular HR reports, such as employee headcount, leave tracking, and compliance metrics - Respond to general HR inquiries from staff and faculty in a timely and professional manner - Support the gathering and analysis of HR data for institutional reports, audits, and accreditation reviews - Assist with the employment process - Participate in the development or revision of HR forms and templates - Assist with onboard...
