Job Purpose & Position Overview Assist the Head Cook with preparing meals for Summer Feeding youth/participants. Qualifications/Skills: - Demonstrate the Winnebago Tribe’s core mission, vision, and values. - Assist with preparing meals, according to cycle menu. - Adhere to and promote program rules for all participants. - Follow standardized recipes, using correct weights and measures. - Utilize safe food handling practices, including proper storage of food. - Keep work area clean and sanitize after daily food preparation is complete. - Store all equipment and utensils properly. - Follow safety and sanitation rules. - Report any issues to the Head Cook. - Follow-up on daily food preparation for following day. - Inventory/stock weekly grocery order. - Duties listed are only an illustration of the various types of work performed.
