POSITION SUMMARY: The Sales Trainer designs, develops, and delivers scalable learning experiences that build the capability of internal Vertiv sellers, distributors, and partners to confidently position and apply Vertiv solutions. This role supports the Americas Sales Training organization by contributing to end‑to‑end sales and technical curriculum, including the creation, curation, and delivery of multimodal learning assets and role‑based certification paths aligned to broader enablement programs. Responsibilities include instructional design, development of digital learning in Articulate Rise, and facilitation of high‑impact virtual and in‑person instructor‑led training, requiring advanced expertise in modern adult learning and sales enablement practices. RESPONSIBILITIES: Design, develop, and deliver high‑impact sales training programs across multiple modalities, including instructor‑led and virtual workshops, train‑the‑trainer, self‑paced digital learning, video content, and technical solution lab experiences.
