Job Description Position Title: Culinary Operations & Logistics Specialist (Student Worker) Position Summary: POSTING FOR FALL 2026 START!: The Culinary Operations & Logistics Specialist supports the end-to-end flow of products from the GCU Bakeshop to GCBC retail locations across campus. This role is responsible for coordinating packaging, managing distribution logistics , and ensuring timely , accurate delivery of high-quality products. Working at the intersection of culinary production and operational execution, this position provides students with hands-on experience in foodservice logistics , systems management, and multi-unit distribution within a professional kitchen environment. In addition to delivery responsibilities, the specialist plays a key role in maintaining product integrity, supporting production teams, and ensuring a seamless transition from kitchen to customer-facing outlets.
