As part of the Offer Department, Category Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Analyze and build recommendations on the strategy of the brands managed, in line with Sephora’s strategy: - You will analyze the categories for which you are responsible via panels and other ad hoc studies. - Data analysis and definition of action plans to improve sales and gain market share. - Participate in development & Implementation of brands’ marketing plans looking for exclusivity partnerships - Adapt assortment & merchandising plans to local needs in cooperation with Sales and Merchandising team - Plan and secure key animation slots with the right product assortment and relevant for beauty trend cooperating with trade marketing team. - Negotiate with suppliers creating strong relationships in order to maximize partnerships Implement and monitor annual action...
