What will I be doing?: What do I need to bring? - Collaborate closely with senior team members and other internal stakeholders, including Data Science & Analytics and external vendors, to ensure the successful execution of RWE studies. - Develop project designs, including questionnaire writing, selecting suitable data sources, analysis methods, preparing relevant proposals including cost calculations - Manage project execution, including setting up fieldwork and monitoring recruitment and the quality of recruiting. - Interpret data and develop insights by writing reports, preparing presentations, and making business-oriented recommendations to the sponsoring client under the guidance of senior project team members. - Participate actively in client presentations and visits with senior project team members. - A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in primary market research within the healthcare sector, demonstrating strong project management skills and a comprehensive understanding of industry dynamics - Proficiency in proposal and pitch creation, including calculations - Solid research skills including study design, questionnaire development, project processes, sampling, and basic an...
