Sandhill Cove is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Officer to join our Facility Services Team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Security Officer: - Responsible for greeting, directing and authorizing incoming traffic. - Works in conjunction with the Maintenance, Housekeeping and Transportation departments when availability of staffing is limited and performs tasks as required to satisfy the residents' needs and concerns. - Greet all guests, visitors and employees in a courteous professional manner. - Performs scheduled rounds both inside and outside of the buildings to maintain a secure environment - Monitors and maintains scheduled security checks, walking inspections and radio requests. - Responsible for immediate notification of all emergencies to appropriate personnel.
