About this opportunity: We are looking for a SW Designer/Developer to join the existing 5G/6G Cloud RAN vDU Baseband function development team. Your role will include development activities such as: 3gpp spec implementation, algorithm design and implementation, unit and multi component test design, documentation, requirement analysis, tools design, and system design. What you will do: · Implement 5G and 6G scheduler functions and 3GPP standards related to RRM, MAC, RLC, and PDCP · Develop embedded real‑time software running on commercial off‑the‑shelf (COTS) hardware · Troubleshoot baseband scheduler and Layer‑2 (L2) stack issues · Contribute to the development of RRM functions, including beamforming, massive MIMO, carrier aggregation, dynamic spectrum sharing, scheduling, link adaptation, and power optimization in the L2 scheduler · Implement and test 5G Cloud RAN baseband features related to the L2 scheduler in a Cloud RAN DevOps environment · Design new algorithms for baseband features, implement them in the product, and support testing in...
