Skills: JavaScript, Python SuperTokens builds open-source user authentication. For developers building apps that want users to be able to sign up for the app, they have to build the signup page and other user authentication functionality. SuperTokens offers that out of the box. We enable developers to focus on their core product and integrate user authentication in under 1 hour. What you’ll do: - Work with Sales Teams and prospects on their evaluation and adoption of SuperTokens solutions - Understand customer goals and how SuperTokens’s solution can address those needs. - Assist in the Sales process including technical discovery, technical demo, Proof of Concept (POC), RFP responses. - Deep technical discussions around APIs, SDKs, and security frameworks (OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWTs). - Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback in order to relay to Product and Engineering teams - Continuously learn and update skills and stay aware of industry trends in the Identity and access management (IAM) space in general and authentication in particular. - Track and report key success metrics such as customer adoption rates, technical issue resolution time, and succe...
