Job Description: Job Title Credit Structuring Corporate Title Vice President: Location New York, NY: Overview: We’re looking to hire a Vice President for Credit Structuring to work within the Infrastructure and Energy (I&E) financing team with advanced legal structuring and execution skills. Credit Structuring is the vertical within the Investment Bank focusing on the most structurally complex transactions and works collaboratively with the Trading and Sales verticals to originate, structure, execute, and risk-manage transactions. Credit Structuring is also typically heavily involved in liaising with internal infrastructure functions to secure approvals and maximize efficiency for transactions. I&E is Deutsche Bank’s infrastructure and energy principal financing team and provides bespoke financing from Deutsche Bank’s balance sheet to projects and sponsors in the infrastructure and energy sectors. The team manages a principal loan book of around $3bn; we lend to companies and projects in development, through construction and operations, and at various levels within the capital structure.
