Job Summary: Responsible for the direction of crew activities on job site, according to pre-established schedules, standards and procedures to provide a high quality of service, as directed by Area Manager. Qualifications: Education - Understand and implement job specifications for each site - Assign daily tasks to crew members and ensure compliance - Perform landscape maintenance tasks including, but not limited to: mowing, edging, blowing, bed grooming, pruning, fertilizing and leaf pick up - Routinely monitor sites for quality and follow up with crews on performance improvements.
