About the role: The Senior Analyst, CEE FP&A is responsible for the preparation and analysis of accurate financial data (plans, forecasts, latest estimates, monthly reports etc.) and initial variance analysis & support as well as the resolution of ad-hoc requests and analysis on all financial aspects of the business. This position involves close collaboration with many internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: - Create, consolidate and present financial reports to management or other members of the finance function in order to support with business planning and business control within the organization. - Prepare budgets and forecasts in collaboration with various departments, being actively involved in the planning process. - Develop analysis and management reports to support decision-making processes. - Proactively investigate automation opportunities and coordinate their realization with IT from idea to go-live and testing. - Identify and provide insights into movement between actuals, forecasts, prior year, latest estimates and targets, along with supporting variance analyses. - Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis requirements. - Maintain compliance with processes...
