Will lead departmental initiatives, participate in budgetary oversite, manage and update policy and procedure development, and administrative decision-making. This position requires discretion in handling confidential information and may include supervision of support staff and student employees. This role plays a key part in advancing student leadership development through evidence-based programming, collaboration with campus partners, and engagement with external stakeholders. Department Specific Essential Job Functions. Serves as the advisor and primary contact for the Presidents Leadership Council (PLC) and Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) scholarship programs.
