Using various machines in our mechanical workshop (CNC routers, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, etc.), you will manufacture parts to support the activities of the ESE group. You will also contribute to building wiring harnesses that connect devices to test systems, including for use in demanding environments such as radiation test facilities. In addition, you will assist in assembling and testing large-scale setups. Your responsibilities: - Use machine tools to create mechanical parts for test setups. - Assemble wiring and fibre harnesses. - Solder electronic components onto PCBs. - Design simple PCBs after receiving training if necessary. - Carry out testing of cabling harnesses and assembled electronic circuits using a range of laboratory instruments. Skills: - Hands-on experience in mechanical parts manufacturing. - Basic understanding of compact CNC machines. - Familiarity with electronic board assembly, cable and wiring fabrication. - Performed assembly, wiring, and testing of electromechanical assemb...
