You will work closely with business stakeholders, the digital product team and cross-functional squads to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, customer‑led, and aligned to strategic objectives. Partnered with the digital Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping problem statements and opportunities before they enter delivery, ensuring clarity on the underlying “why” and the value each initiative aims to deliver.
