We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to join our Local Marketing function in Beauty Care Business Unit. How you make the difference: As a Junior Product Manager, you will drive product success by understanding market needs, developing strategic plans, and working closely with the Global Category Marketing & Trade Marketing team. How your agenda looks like: - Develop and execute integrated product and communication strategies - Analyze Market Trends and Customer Feedback - Monitor Product Performance and Adapt Strategies - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Innovate and Enhance Product Features Your team: You will directly report to the Marketing Manager in the Local Marketing team.
