About the Role: We are looking for dedicated and compassionate people to provide educational instruction, care and supervision, and emotional support to students with special needs. Our Instructional Assistants create a safe classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate for the intellectual and social growth of students. If qualified, you may also be asked to serve as a substitute teacher. About Us: McKinley is a non-profit organization serving our communities with education, social services, and counseling. We offer educational services in our non-public school where we work with local school districts to educate students with learning disabilities.
