POSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the coordination, training, and supervision of the daily tasks of Quality Control personnel. In addition, the role entails providing support to Quality Control employees to ensure the precise and effective completion of departmental duties and functions. Facilitating communication with management and other departments is also essential to ensure the fulfillment of quality production requirements. Requirements: MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Associates degree or equivalent experience commensurate to the industry - Minimum of five years’ experience in the area of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control in a Pharmaceutical, Dietary Supplement, Cosmetics, or Food manufacturing environment; to include a minimum of three years in a laboratory environment in a Supervisory capacity - Experience in wet chemistry (chemical identification; sample extraction; titration) and use of other analytical equipment; e.g., HPLC, FT IR, GC, and Spectroscopy - Familiarity with troubleshooting of various laboratory instrumentations - Experience in Microbiological and Stability testing a plus - Knowledge of cGMP and GLP required...
