Senior Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Engineering/General Assembly

Job description

As our Technical Program Manager, Manufacturing Operations, on the Manufacturing Engineering/General Assembly team, you will support our rapidly growing team to drive the scaling of vehicle production and support the coordination of day-to-day vehicle operation activities. In this high-visibility role, you will work cross-functionally across Zoox (including with Production, Logistics, Procurement, Vehicle Engineering, Fleet Operations, and Software) to help us achieve our operational and strategic milestones. You will work with the relevant teams to develop roadmaps/milestones, facilitate cross-functional alignment, flag risks, and clearly communicate ongoing progress. In this role, you will: Support the Operations team to manage and ensure consistent adherence to all functional and quality standards for our vehicles across all Zoox manufacturing facilities. Drive cross-functional teams to achieve production ramp readiness, translating design concepts and supply chain readiness into scalable manufacturing operations.
