Position Summary: Key enterprise position leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of the One Xcel Energy Way Operating System within assigned business area and support functions. Responsible for coaching others through analyzing, defining, and implementing technical and process solutions. Essential Responsibilities: - Lead the deployment and maintenance of the Management Requirements and 4 Plays: Visualization, Performance Reviews, Problem-Solving, and Standardization. Drive the use of rally rooms and operating boards to standardize work. Utilize PDCA/A3 to drive continuous improvement based on business area goals cascaded down through the organization. - Responsible for providing process expertise and analysis on issues through coaching and facilitation of teams.
