What We Do – Accountabilities: - Assures that trailers are positioned correctly at designated doors or locations in a timely manner without damage to trailer or company property. - Assures that applicable standards are maintained in cross operational duties as assigned. - Assures that all company policies (safety, attendance, etc.) are adhered to. Essential Functions: - Trailers pulled and placed in a timely manner. - No damage encountered to truck, trailer, or property. - Trailer lot cleared of debris and trash. - Seals cut and properly processed/disposed. - No safety violations committed. - Reporting of incidents involving anyone entering/leaving Caleres property. - Providing information regarding maintenance of equipment and condition. - Vigil for any security issue that may arise, while performing normal duties. - Modeling Caleres Values and Winning Behaviors. Preferred Qualifications & Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Minimum one year operational experience in distribution environment - Ability to interact respectfully and model winning behaviors - Some experience with computers related to Excel, e-mail or other business applications Physical Requirements and/o...
