Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr. Summary: Join PHC's Hemodialysis team!: qathet Community Dialysis Unit provides dialysis to patients in the qathet community and surrounding areas to help patients receive this life-saving procedure closer to home. As an HD Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include: - Assess patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans - Incorporate teaching into care plans to educate patients and families - Make referrals to resources as needed - Support fellow healthcare professionals - Operate within the framework of Providence Health Care's mission, vision, and values Education: - Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives, or in Residential Care and Mental Health, current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. - Completion of a post graduate progra...
