TIG Welder – Class B (Food Grade Stainless) Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:00 PM Pay: $21–$24/hour Location: EnSight Solutions EnSight Solutions is hiring a Class B TIG Welder with stainless steel experience to support fabrication of food-grade stainless products. This is a great opportunity for a dependable welder looking to grow their skills and advance. Key Responsibilities: - Perform TIG (GTAW) and basic MIG welding on stainless steel - Read blueprints and lay out/fabricate small parts - Grind, deburr, and inspect parts for quality - Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE - Maintain tools and keep a clean work area - Willingness to learn forklift operation Qualifications: - 1+ year TIG stainless welding experience - Proficient in TIG or MIG; willing to learn the other - Ability to read a tape measure and blueprints - Able to stand full shift and lift up to 50 lbs - Strong attendance and reliability
