New Restaurant Support Analyst

Job description

Working closely with external support partners and internal cross-functional teams, the New Restaurant Support Analyst is responsible for providing technology related oversight to support new restaurant build projects. Vendor Management (50%): - Initiate introduction processes and be the point of contact between Franchisees, support partners and KFC internal teams - Ensure contracts are completed and signed between Franchisees and applicable support partners - Work closely with external support partners during all project stages including coordinating and leading regular cadence meetings to ensure project timelines are being achieved - Assist in identifying and removing potential roadblocks to keep processes running smoothly - Support Franchisees with monthly support partner billing concerns Asset Management (20%): - Work directly with Franchisees and internal cross functional teams to review restaurant technology procurement requests helping to ensure they meet restaurant layout requirements - Prepare and submit finalized technology procurement requests for invoicing - Work with external support partners to ensure technology equipment is sourced, allocated and prepared for staging...
