Arconic is currently in search of a Nightshift Extrusion Lead to join our BCS Team based in Springdale AR . In this role, you will: Drive the day to day operational staffing Keep an up-to-date schedule posted;: Manage training plans to bridge skills gaps and update the training/skills matrix; Monitor attendance and manage violations;: Ensure weekly EHS and Human Resources SPL and TBT are completed and turned in on time; Ensure C8 completion;: Manage all supplies and tooling orders; Keep track of all extrusion supplies and reorder as needed; Manage Production Control “Lists”;: Manage all TPM coordination with Maintenance; Manage/assign labor for each AM;: Complete tasks and add comments in EAM; Audit AM’s and provide feedback to Leads; Review/revise AM tasks as needed;: Other tasks as deemed necessary.
