Role Overview: TikTok Shop's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality. The Senior Manager role is essential to portfolio management within the listing and compliance domain. This includes drafting policies and driving their end-to-end operational implementation, as well as overseeing and implementing regulatory compliance controls, product safety, and product quality. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance TikTok Shop’s governance and customer experience (GNE). In this role, you will take ownership of multiple high-priority projects and ensure alignment with organizational goals, timely execution, and measurable impact.
