Position Summary: Florida Atlantic University seeks a highly computational Postdoctoral Fellow to design and implement real-time, photorealistic digital twin environments within the Ubicquia Innovation Center for Intelligent Infrastructure (UICII). This Postdoctoral Fellow position is a 12-month appointment and has the potential for renewal contingent upon performance and funding. UICII advances production-scale intelligent infrastructure systems deployed across operational campus- and city-scale environments in partnership with municipal and industry collaborators. These deployments generate live data streams and provide a unique foundation for infrastructure-backed digital twins. This position emphasizes real-time rendering, engine-level architecture, and scalable interactive systems for urban-scale environments.
