Job Description: The role of Contracts and Systems Manager CEERJ is to provide support to the teams in the CEERJ region in relation to preparing, reviewing, managing and overseeing contracts and contractual processes, including HCC templated agreements and other third-party vendor agreements, as well as managing and developing the systems used for contractual processes (incl. SOOS). Key Responsibilities: - Draft, review, negotiate, and manage routine contracts with third-party vendors as well as the healthcare stakeholders. - Ensure all contracts comply with pharmaceutical industry regulations and internal policies. - Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and Finance teams to align contract terms with business and compliance needs. - Maintain a centralized contract management system and ensure timely renewals, amendments, and terminations. - In collaboration w...
