About the Role: As Pre-Construction Manager , you’ll guide clients through the early stages of workplace transformation — turning vision into a clear, costed and buildable plan before construction begins. Acting as a trusted adviser, you’ll lead the journey from concept through to construction handover, providing commercial clarity, managing risk and ensuring clients feel informed and confident at every step.
