Job Description What is the opportunity?: The Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant drives change strategies to enable successful transformation initiatives across US Wealth Management. This position requires a dynamic and experienced leader to both lead and coach successful change strategy implementation and foster increased capabilities within the organization. This role ensures executives, leaders, corporate and field employees embrace strategic initiatives, new technologies, processes, and ways of working. Rooted in a human-centered approach, the Director partners with executives to integrate change management practices into business initiatives, driving sustainable growth, regulatory readiness, and operational excellence.
