Introduction: ARServices is seeking a highly experienced Budget Analyst to support a federal customer responsible advancing the research and development of national security and defense technology programs. This role is ideal for those who bring a strong foundation bring a strong foundation in budget planning, financial analysis, and program support, in particular the PPBE process, and who are excited to contribute to mission-critical technical initiatives. This position requires an active Secret clearance. Position Description: The Budget Analyst will have demonstrated experience supporting PPBE documentation (including POM and budget exhibits), evaluating program/portfolio budget execution for programs in Nuclear Technologies, contributing to cost estimating and life-cycle analyses, tracking and reporting to updates on project/portfolio financial performance to departmental leadership, and advising on financial management risks and budget execution to ensure mission-aligned delivery of R&D capabilities.
