Job Family: Management Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: None What You Will Do: Senior Consultants have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. They own project workstreams and interact with the client daily to ensure engagement success. This includes supporting day-to-day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders. Senior Consultants are expected to prepare and communicate well-organized, effective reports and presentations to client and internal executives. They lead, coach and mentor consultants and ensure quality deliverables. Responsibilities include: Design project plans, own project status reporting, and manage tracking of client deliverables. Lead workshops with business units and process owners to map existing processes using Microsoft Visio. Identify and assess operational risks in new or existing business processes. Conduct detailed analysis on client projects and turn into actionable insights through compelling narratives using Microsoft Powerpoint, PowerBI or, Tableau.
