This is an opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing Rating teams in the market. Over recent years, the UK Rating business has more than doubled in headcount, tripled margins and delivered significant revenue growth nationally, with continued investment focused across the North West market. The Manchester team advises across a diverse mix of retail, office and industrial property for a broad range of occupiers, investors and institutional clients. The role offers exposure to high-profile instructions, strong internal collaboration across service lines and clear progression opportunities within a business actively scaling its presence in the region.
