Regional Continuous Improvement Manager II

Job description

This position will drive the standardization and enhancement of business processes, champion best practices, and establish meaningful performance metrics across our operations. Working closely with both shop floor and office staff, you will employ Lean Manufacturing principles to improve workflows, product quality, and employee expertise. You will also support plant teams in identifying, developing, and executing their three-year productivity improvement plans. Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and facilitate process standardization efforts across the region. - Communicate and support the company's strategic vision, principles, and annual goals, ensuring ongoing alignment and progress. - Integrate leadership with Lean expertise to guide and train employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies. - Develop operational standards—including training, process parameters, supplies, equipment, task execution, and quality. - Collaborate with staff and managers to identify and implement best practices for every process. - Oversee and maintain comprehensive employee training programs. - Identify and remove waste from operations. - Lead Kaizen and other improvement e...
