Senior Client Service Officer (Specialist) - Location: Newcastle, with a talent pool established for future opportunities across Newcastle, Central Coast, Tweed and Lismore - Employment: Temporary – up to 6 months - Grade: Clerk Grade 5/6 $99,398 to $110,271 + superannuation and leave loading Your role: This is a great opportunity to step into a specialist role supporting some of the most vulnerable and complex clients within Housing Services. You will work closely with clients, Client Service Officers (CSOs), and key stakeholders to provide tailored support, coaching, and casework assistance. This role offers the chance to build your expertise in complex case management while contributing to improved outcomes for clients and strengthening capability across CSO teams. What you’ll do: As part of the Housing Services team, you will provide specialist support to clients with high and complex needs, working one-on-one to navigate housing and support services.
