Position Overview: As Director, Growth Analytics you will be pivotal in managing the reporting needs for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Initiative planning stakeholders. In addition to managing the day-to-day needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a a team of an associate director, managers and analysts. Responsibilities: - Digital media performance (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans) - Reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization) - Brand lift measurement (set up and analysis across vendors) - Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agency - Manage a team of analytics professionals Required Skills and Experience: - Experience evaluating various attribution approaches including MTA - Demonstrated success leading work multi-functional teams - Experience with reporting & data platforms such as Datorama, Tableau, SQL, R, DCM, Salesforce DMP, and/or comScore - Experience with 3rd party data providers, DMPs (e.g. Salesforce), and DSPs (e.g. DBM) - Strong MS Excel & Power Point skills - Demonstrated success in helping clie...
