B&G Foods is seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation technician for its packing department in the Cincinnati Crisco manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for acquiring the operational skills associated with either the process or packing department as well as gaining advanced E&I expertise. The successful candidate will have consistently demonstrated logic trouble shooting, a desire to develop advanced skills and the ability to communicate and work well with all plant employees. All work must be performed in a safe, timely and cost-effective manner. Plant E&I– Cincinnati: REPORTS TO: Packing, Supervisor KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Aptitude: - Perform E&I activities in a high-performance working environment on a shiftly basis to ensure optimum utilization of materials and manpower to maximize production, safety, quality, and efficiency - Participate in root cause failure analysis with team members and maintenance leaders for major downtime - Strong computer skills (JDE, Excel) - Works accurately with numbers (inputting correct data etc.) - Proven troubleshooting skills using “Why-Wh...
