The incumbent oversees work standards and sanitation and safe food practices for assigned division(s). Additionally, the Manager, Nutrition Services directs and provides nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy to help customers achieve their health goals. Furthermore, the incumbent provides mentorship, guidance, and education to staff and customers on matters related to nutrition. CORE JOB FUNCTIONS: Conducts audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Represents department as nutritional expert and actively participates in meetings. Plans and modifies menus to meet special patient dietary needs. Researches and prepares detailed analysis and reports for special projects.
