The VP, Claims Transformation Domain Lead will spearhead the design and delivery of next-generation AI-powered employee technology, transforming how claims professionals work and driving measurable productivity gains across Chubb’s Claims organization. Reporting to the Head of Claims Transformation, this leader will own a critical domain within the transformation portfolio, leading the build-out of agentic AI capabilities that automate complex workflows, surface intelligent insights, and reimagine the adjuster experience from the ground up. The role will serve as the primary bridge between business strategy, product, and AI/engineering teams, ensuring solutions are purpose-built for claims operations and deliver tangible outcomes for employees and customers. Key Responsibilities: The pay range for the role is $180,000 to $275,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors.
