Justice Hub Facilitator Salary: £28,755 pa plus benefits: Location: Stoke Hub Contract: Permanent: Rebuilding your life after a custodial sentence is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. We’re looking for a dedicated Hub Facilitator to join our community team - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey About the Role: You’ll work within the hub delivering workshops, courses and group activities to participants to support them on their journey. You will also support on a 121 basis so the ability to build positive connections will be an important part of the role. You will work with Support Workers and Peer Mentors to deliver a comprehensive support package as they move forward. As a key member of this dedicated team, you’ll help individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and take meaningful steps toward rehabilitation. This is a demanding yet deeply rewarding role.
