Job Summary: The Auto Glass Installer is responsible for safely, accurately, and efficiently installing, repairing, and replacing automotive glass on a variety of vehicles. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to always represent the company in a professional manner. The installer plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality workmanship and clear communication throughout each service. Key Responsibilities & Duties: · Perform auto glass installations, repairs, and replacements in a safe, timely, and professional manner following all best practices and manufacturer procedures. · Follow proper processes for removing and installing windshields, door glass, back glass, and other automotive glazing components. · Maintain open, clear, and honest communication with supervisors, customers, and co-workers. · Represent the company in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner at all times. · Provide excellent customer service, explaining work performed and ensuring customer questions are addressed. · Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including safety glasses and gl...
