Job Type: Regular Work Location: Client Support Center - Southlake, TX 76092 Overview: The Sales Enablement Manager (NECOA) is accountable for field readiness, learning execution, and performance enablement across a large, distributed field organization (150+ associates). This role owns the design, delivery, reinforcement, and measurement of training initiatives that directly support business priorities, product launches, and sales performance. This position operates as both a strategic enablement leader and an in‑field execution partner, ensuring training translates into real‑world behavior, confidence, and results. The role requires high visibility with senior leadership, strong cross‑functional coordination, and the flexibility to step into hands‑on field support, fill‑in leadership, and launch execution as needed by the business.
