Job description

Title: Assistant Manager Reports To: General Manager - GM Overall Responsibilities: AGM assists the GM in operations of a single restaurant establishment. May be responsible for specific tasks and may act as manager in the absence of the GM. To act in behalf of the GM and carry out all directives of the GM in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures. Manage staff and assures that entire staff is – Customer Driven. Follows GM’s lead in assuring that location is meeting its revenue and profit objectives and that operations are functioning in accordance with Corporate Policies, Procedures and Directives. Develop effective leadership skills in interacting with staff while instilling a sense of pride and teamwork in the execution of their tasks. Assist GM in monitoring and evaluating staff’s performance and, in his/her absence, assures that the staff acts in a professional and courteous manner.
