JOB OVERVIEW: The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic business partner, responsible for managing the Human Resource function for his/her respective business unit. Services provided under the direction of this position include the employee relations, organizational development, recruitment and other general Human Resources services. Additionally, the Human Resources Business partner is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 1.
