Essential Job Functions Plan, direct and control the training process for each employee. Analyze training needs to develop new training processes or modify/improve existing processes. Evaluate trainees’ performance on a regular basis using established performance indicators. Develop and maintain training records for individuals being trained; provide progress reports to trainees’ manager on a regular basis. Maintain operational knowledge of all plant processes in order to effectively train others. Periodically review training materials with various supervisors to ensure materials remain accurate.
