Purpose The FP&A Manager is a key strategic partner to senior leadership, responsible for guiding financial and operational decision-making across the organization while leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team. This role blends strong analytical ownership with hands-on people leadership, ensuring consistent, scalable planning and reporting processes that support the company’s growth. The FP&A Manager oversees month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close reporting while driving continuous improvement through OneStream, D365, and Power BI. This role serves as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating complex financial results into actionable insights.
