Job description

Working closely with the Director of Slots and the Slot Operations Manager the Slot Shift Manager will play an important role by overseeing the Slot department's day to day operations. Core Job Responsibilities: Responsible for supervising staff and the overall daily management of a designated shift in the Slots department. Supports, administers, and manages operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objective. Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with departmental and company standards and programs. Ensures customer service standards are followed by all team members and addresses issues as they arise. Witness all major jackpot wins, sign jackpot checks, and provides authorizing/verifying signature for jackpot payments, when applicable, in accordance with established procedures. Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve disputes. Implement all Casino procedures relating to slot operations and monitor areas for cleanliness.
